Print and editorial design for business

Design and layout for catalogues, brochures, corporate reports and calendars. We bring concept development, copy, illustration, infographics and print artwork into one coordinated project.

Individual projects start from RUB 20,000. Each quote reflects the publication’s size, the available content and the agreed services. Printing and production are quoted separately.

What we can take on

Product catalogues

We structure the publication and design its cover, section navigation, product pages and specification tables. Consistent rules for product names, references, attributes and imagery make the range easier to browse and provide a clear basis for adding new products in future editions.

Brochures and folded leaflets

We turn information about a company, product or service into a clear reading sequence. Leaflet design accounts for panel order and folds; brochure design establishes a consistent page grid and flow. Headlines, supporting arguments, images and contact details are arranged around the format and its intended use.

Annual and social reports

We bring narrative, performance data and illustrations together in a coherent corporate publication. The work can include the creative concept, section structure, page design, charts and tables, copywriting and proofreading. The client’s responsible team approves all facts, figures and final wording.

Corporate calendars

We develop calendar concepts and coordinated artwork for desk, wall and other agreed formats. Date grids, photography, illustrations and brand graphics form a consistent series. The layout accounts for date legibility, binding, folds and the technical margins of each format.

Editorial design and illustrations for the VTB social report

VTB. Social report

We developed the winning creative concept and delivered the project through to the finished publication: copywriting, proofreading, design, layout, illustrations, prepress and production. How we work

Review the brief and content

We clarify the audience, purpose, format, approximate page count and distribution. We review the copy, photography, brand guidelines and data, identify what needs to be created, and agree who will approve the content. This provides the basis for the scope and quote.

Agree the design direction

We present the concept through a cover and representative spreads, including text, imagery, tables or infographics where relevant. We review typography, composition, colour and navigation before applying the approved system throughout the publication.

Build and review the publication

We complete the layout, create the agreed illustrations and infographics, and incorporate approved copy. Proofreading follows the agreed scope. Feedback is consolidated into a single version so that content, artwork and pagination changes remain coordinated.

Prepare for production

Following final approval, we check the artwork against the printer’s requirements, including dimensions, bleed, safe areas, images, fonts and export settings. If production is required, the quantity, materials, finishing and manufacturing arrangements are agreed separately.

Questions before we start

How much does print design cost?

Individual projects start from RUB 20,000. The final quote depends on the format, page count, layout complexity and readiness of the content. We also account for concept development, copywriting, illustration, infographics and additional versions. Send the available materials and describe the required deliverables so we can estimate the work.

Can you handle layout using an existing design?

Yes. We can work with an approved concept, brand guidelines or an existing publication. We review the source files first and agree what should be retained, updated or created. If the template does not cover new page types, we include the necessary additions in the scope.

What do you need to get started?

Send the brief, preferred format, approximate page count, brand guidelines or logo, and any available copy, photography and data. If a printer has been selected, include its artwork specifications. The materials do not need to be complete for an initial review: we will identify what is missing before confirming the project.

Do you provide copywriting and illustration?

Yes. Copywriting, proofreading, illustration and infographics can be included in the scope. Copy requires verified information about the company and its products; charts require source data. We agree the volume and approval process in advance, with the client confirming the facts and figures.

Is printing included in the design fee?

Printing and production are agreed and quoted separately. We can supply artwork for your chosen printer or include production in the project. Paper, print quantity, binding and finishing should be discussed before final prepress, because these decisions affect the artwork requirements.

Do you work with international companies and agencies?

Yes. Projects can be managed remotely, with the communication language, publication versions and file handover agreed at the outset. For overseas printing, we follow the selected supplier’s specifications. Translation, language proofreading and the adaptation of each additional edition are scoped separately.
