Can you deliver work under our agency's brand?
Yes. White-label arrangements are agreed at the outset, including presentation branding, file credits, attendance at client meetings and handover procedures. Attribution and portfolio permissions are documented. NDAs and access restrictions are agreed around your agency's and your client's requirements.
Who communicates with the client and approves artwork?
We normally work through a designated agency contact who consolidates internal feedback and confirms client approval. If a meeting with the client or manufacturer would help, we agree the participants, agenda and our role in advance. Your account team retains control of commitments, budget and changes to the brief.
Can you work with another designer's source files?
Yes, following a review of the files and supporting assets. We need the current artwork, linked images, font information and brand guidelines. Your agency confirms that it has permission to use the supplied materials. Missing assets, file reconstruction and any third-party purchases are scoped before work starts.
How do you price projects and ongoing work?
Individual orders start at RUB 20,000. Quotes reflect complexity, the number of formats and adaptations, and the condition of the source files. For a recurring workload, we agree the services required and how new requests will be assessed. Creative development, adaptation and print preparation are scoped according to the work involved. Fees and dates are confirmed before each task starts.
What does your print preparation check cover?
We check files against the supplied production specifications and agreed brief, including dimensions, technical margins, imagery and other specified parameters. Your agency approves final copy, factual content and client sign-off. The printer confirms the suitability of production methods and materials. Colour proofs, samples and production support are quoted separately.
Can you support an international agency project?
Yes. We work with Russian and international agencies. We agree the working language, artwork languages, review process and file handover before starting. Localisation requires approved copy and a designated content approver. Translation, editing, payment terms and contractual arrangements are agreed for the specific project.
