How do you manage requests from several departments?
We start with one task list and an agreed order of priorities. Your marketing department decides which requests enter the plan and who approves the content. We define the deliverables and required inputs. If reviewers give conflicting feedback on the same design, the client-side coordinator consolidates it into an agreed direction.
Can you work alongside our in-house designer?
Yes. We agree responsibilities at the outset. Your internal team might own the creative direction and brand system, while we handle selected adaptations, layout, packaging or 3D work. Other arrangements are possible. The key is to identify who makes design decisions and who approves the finished materials.
How is the ongoing support budget calculated?
We consider the task list, complexity, number of formats, readiness of assets and specialists required. The studio's minimum individual order is RUB 20,000. The ongoing fee is set out in a proposal against an agreed work plan. Printing, manufacturing, photography and other additional services are separately scoped and approved.
What happens when an urgent campaign comes up?
We establish the essential asset set, available source materials and launch date. We then assess how it can fit into the current workload: what can move, whether the scope of a stage can be reduced and whether additional specialists are needed. Revised priorities, timelines and fees are agreed before the extra work begins.
How do you maintain consistency across many adaptations?
We use an approved master design, current brand assets and rules for the relevant formats. Before extending the full set, we check representative layouts, including difficult proportions or longer copy. Updates to the core artwork are recorded in the working version so subsequent materials use the same source assets.
What needs approval before the files are handed over?
The asset list, dimensions, content, languages and technical specifications. The client approves product information, prices, dates and advertising claims; the studio checks the design and deliverables against the brief. Production requires current supplier specifications. Changes after approval are treated as a new revision.
