3D visualization for retail displays

3D visualization of retail displays, stands and branded spaces for presentation and approval. We develop the agreed form, materials, lighting and product placement into a clear set of images.

The studio’s minimum standalone project fee is RUB 20,000. We quote each visualization project individually, based on modelling complexity, level of detail, environment, design variations and the number of final images.

What we can take on

Form and composition

We model displays from sketches, references, dimensions or a supplied model, developing proportions, shelving, plinths and presentation elements. If the design itself is still to be developed, we include concept design as a separately agreed part of the scope.

Products in context

We show product placement, the relationship between merchandise and fixtures, and the arrangement of a branded space. For shop-in-shop projects, we assemble the concept within the agreed footprint. Product and environment detail is matched to the purpose of the presentation.

Materials and brand graphics

We develop colours, textures, transparency and reflections, then apply logos, campaign graphics and signage to the relevant surfaces. Material combinations and graphic treatments can be presented as alternative versions when included in the brief.

Lighting and presentation

We develop display lighting and the surrounding scene to reveal form and focal points. The brief defines the views, detail shots, resolution, background and file formats required for a presentation, website or design review.

What you receive

  • The agreed set of final 3D visualizations at the specified resolution.
  • Overall views and detail images from the approved shot list.
  • Material, graphic or layout variations where included in the scope.
  • Files prepared for the chosen presentation format. Delivery of the source 3D model and its format are agreed in advance.

How we work

Define the brief

We review the display type, dimensions, placement requirements and purpose of the images. Brand guidelines, product photographs, sketches and references help us identify what needs to be modelled, what is already available and how much context the scene needs.

Review the model and layout

We build the display and arrange the objects in the scene. This stage establishes proportions, product visibility, graphic placement and camera positions. We consolidate layout feedback before final material and lighting work.

Develop the visual treatment

We add agreed materials, brand graphics and lighting. The images show how surfaces, illuminated features and colour accents work together. We incorporate consolidated feedback within the agreed scope.

Prepare the presentation set

We produce final images in the selected formats and check them against the approved design. The set provides a consistent basis for discussing the appearance with marketing teams, management, retail partners or production specialists.

Questions before we start

What do you need to provide a quote?

Send a description of the display, approximate dimensions, sketches or references, product photographs and brand graphics. Tell us how you plan to use the images and how many views you need. If some information is still being developed, we will identify what is needed for the first stage and clarify the scope.

Can you start without an existing 3D model?

Yes. Modelling can be included in the project, with the scope depending on the geometry and available reference material. We clarify whether we are recreating an existing design or developing the display concept as part of the project.

How many images are included?

We agree the number of views and level of detail before work begins. A presentation may need overall views, while a design review may also require images of shelves, illuminated elements or product placement. The final list follows the purpose of the project.

Are technical drawings and load calculations included?

The core service covers modelling and images for reviewing the appearance of a design. Engineering drawings, load calculations and manufacturing are discussed as separate stages, with their deliverables and responsibilities agreed before they are added to the project.

Can you show alternative design options?

Yes. We can prepare versions with different colours, materials, graphics or layouts. We agree which elements will change and how many images each version requires, so the comparison is useful and the work stays within the agreed budget.

How do remote reviews work?

We agree the approval contact, communication language and final file requirements at the outset. Feedback is consolidated by stage: model and layout, materials and lighting, then the final image set. This process supports collaboration with teams in Russia and other countries.

Tell us about your retail display

Share a short brief and any available references. We will prepare a proposal defining the modelling work, image list and fee. If the project includes several display types, list them separately so we can assess shared elements and the adaptations each one requires.

  • Display type, dimensions and intended location.
  • Sketches, references, product photographs or existing models.
  • Brand guidelines, logos and graphics.
