Built around your design workload

Bring us your recurring design workload. Together, we will define the scope, priorities and working arrangement around the work you actually need.

A design retainer gives you a consistent team for recurring assignments, with an agreed scope and a clear order of priorities.

02

One team across your design workload

Packaging and artwork

From a packaging concept to a consistent product range and artwork prepared for your production partner. Packaging concepts and visual design. Product-range and SKU adaptations. Layout of supplied content on packaging dielines. Artwork updates and Russian-language adaptation. Packaging visualisations and prepress preparation.

The brief defines who supplies approved product information, translations and the final production specification.

Retail displays and 3D

Develop and present the way your brand appears in store, from a single display to a complete branded area. Point-of-sale materials and display concepts. Floor-standing and countertop displays. Shop-in-shop and branded retail areas. Display construction development where included in the brief. 3D visualisation and artwork adaptation for retail formats.

Design, structural development and production documentation are specified separately so the handover matches the intended use.

Print and corporate publications

Turn company information into publications that are clear to read and ready for the agreed production process. Corporate and annual report design. Product catalogues, brochures and calendars. Page layout, illustration and infographics. Copywriting and proofreading when included in scope. Prepress preparation to the printer's specifications.

Page count, content readiness, language versions and print specifications are agreed before estimating the assignment.

Brand and campaign materials

Keep your visual identity consistent across the materials your team uses to communicate, present and launch. Campaign key visuals and format adaptations. Social media graphics and advertising assets. Presentations and editable brand templates. Event graphics and branded merchandise concepts. Photography and website design as separately scoped assignments.

Each assignment has its own output list, formats and approval requirements.

A clear way to keep work moving

Map the workload

Share the tasks you expect, upcoming deadlines, current brand assets and production requirements. We identify the disciplines and level of support needed.

Agree the engagement

Define the scope, budget, review process, deliverables and handover requirements. Where work is recurring, establish the monthly arrangement and how additional requests will be assessed.

Set the priorities

Turn the brief into a working task list with agreed priorities and delivery dates. Confirm which people provide content, consolidate feedback and approve the result.

Design, review and hand over

Develop the materials, work through the agreed review stages and deliver the specified files. Requirements from your printer, fabricator or development team are included in the brief.

Plan the next cycle

Review completed work and the upcoming workload, then agree the next priorities and any changes to scope.

MONTHLY SUPPORT

Scoped to your work

Scope, monthly fee and billing terms are agreed before the engagement begins.

Packaging updates, a retail rollout and a corporate publication require different combinations of skills. We define the engagement around your expected assignments and the capacity they need.

A monthly scope for ongoing design tasks, planned with your marketing team or agency. The agreement sets the included work, budget, review stages and delivery priorities.

A substantial launch, new website, complex 3D concept or publication can be scoped separately when it sits outside the recurring workload.

Start with a defined assignment to establish the brief, working process and required output before discussing longer-term support.

Questions about ongoing support

What is included in a design retainer?

The included work is defined around your requirements. It can combine packaging artwork, retail and point-of-sale design, 3D visualisation, print layouts, presentations and campaign materials. We agree the deliverables, priorities and review process before starting, then assess new requirements against that scope.

How much does ongoing design support cost?

We price the engagement after reviewing the expected workload, disciplines, deadlines and output formats. Individual projects start at RUB 20,000; that figure is a project minimum, not a monthly subscription fee. Retainer pricing and billing arrangements are agreed for your particular scope.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines and creative assets?

Yes. We can develop new materials from your approved visual identity or adapt existing artwork to different products, sizes and retail formats. At the briefing stage, we review the available source files, fonts, imagery, guidelines and approval requirements. Russian-language adaptation can be included where needed.

Can we begin with a single project?

Yes. A defined first assignment can help establish the working process and the level of support you need. Share the task, available materials and deadline, and we will prepare a proposed scope. A recurring arrangement can then be discussed around your upcoming workload.

Do you provide editable files and print-ready artwork?

The handover package is agreed in the brief. It may include editable source files, presentation formats, production PDFs or visualisation exports. For print work, we prepare the artwork to the supplied production specifications. Printing and fabrication are scoped separately when required.

How do you work with an international team?

We agree the working language, communication format, review process, time-zone overlap and delivery schedule before starting. We also confirm the contracting and invoicing arrangements for the engagement. Send us the location of your team and a short outline of the work so we can discuss a suitable setup.

Tell us what keeps your design team busy

Send a short description of the work you expect over the next month, a few representative tasks and any fixed deadlines. We will use it to define the right scope for ongoing support.

  • Your company and the type of support needed
  • Typical tasks and expected volume
  • Deadlines, location and time zone
  • A budget range, if already defined
